Our Showhomes

We have a different approach to building show homes from many in our industry. Whilst some housing companies will spend a lot of time and money building, prettying up and then manning a show home for you to come and view, they often do not reflect the true quality of product that they actually build.

At Palladium Homes, we treat every home we build as a show home.

As we are building new homes, we give new customers the opportunity to view the homes at various stages of completion, and talk to the owners of those homes along the way. That way you get a candid, truthful response from our current customers, and get piece of mind about the entire building process.

This keeps our costs down (and therefore your costs down), and gives you satisfaction that you have had answers to all of your questions directly from those that are going through the process.

STOP PRESS: We have just finished a stunning home in Ramarama (57 Otto Road), and it will be open to view on Sunday 11th September. It will only be open from 12.00pm (midday) until 3.00pm on that day before being handed back to the customer, so come along and have a look. Exit the motorway at Ramarama just after Drury.

We have put together a map of some of the homes that we have built and are building for you to view. If one of them is close by you, or sounds like something you would like more information on, please contact us to arrange a viewing. As these homes are owned and lived in by our customers (or are currently under construction), please do not just turn up and expect to be shown through!

The blue markers are finished homes, green are currently being built, and the yellow ones are yet to start.
